That our operations are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, flight restrictions, FAA limitations, pilot shortages, mechanical delays, and other factors beyond our control. If we cancel the flight and cannot reschedule it, we will provide a complete refund unless prepaid, in which case a credit card processing fee of 6% will be deducted. Additionally, you acknowledge that if you are not present to check in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight that it is subject to rescheduling or cancellation. We ONLY confirm reservations by email and send directions to the airport the night before, after we check the weather. We are NOT responsible for your inability to get emails due to lack of Wi-Fi coverage, our emails going into your spam folders, or lack of cell coverage, etc. You also acknowledge that flights scheduled before 8 AM or after 4 PM are subject to an additional call-out fee.

As the booking person you represent to us you are authorized to accept our terms and conditions on behalf of the passengers listed on this reservation request. You acknowledge that you are requesting a flight with Glacier Aviation Services, Inc., a Montana corporation. Any aircraft you may fly on with us is operated by Glacier Aviation Services, Inc. which is solely responsible for all aspects of your flight with us.

ACCURACY OF BOOKING INFORMATION If the weights listed on the booking form are not accurate and result in an overweight condition at the time of your flight you will be required to adjust the passenger load and IF you elect to cancel the flight there will be a 50% cancellation fee charge. If you cancel your flight within 72 hours for any reason OR do not show up for a confirmed flight, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
